How to Delete a Facebook Page

If you no longer need or want to maintain a Facebook page, you can permanently delete it. Before proceeding, remember the following:
  • You must be an admin of the page.
  • Deletion is irreversible. Once done, the page and all its content are gone forever. You'll have up to 30 days to reactivate the page, after which it will be permanently deleted.
How to Delete a Facebook Page

1. Delete a Facebook Page on Mobile
  1. Open the Facebook app.
  2. Tap the three-line menu icon (top right).
  3. Select "Pages" and then choose the page you want to delete.
  4. Tap the three dots (top right).
  5. Go to "Settings & Privacy" and then "Settings".
  6. Tap "Page settings" then "Access and control".
  7. Find "Deactivation and deletion" and select it.
  8. Tap "Delete Page", and finally "Delete Page" again to confirm.
2. Delete a Facebook Page on Desktop
  1. Log in to your Facebook Account.
  2. Click "Pages" in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select the page you wish to delete.
  4. Click "Settings" in the bottom left corner of your page dashboard.
  5. Navigate to the "Access and control" tab.
  6. Find "Deactivation and deletion" and select it.
  7. Tap "Delete Page", and finally "Delete Page" again to confirm.
You may be required to enter your password before deletion.
  • You have 30 days to change your mind. After 30 days, the deletion is permanent.
  • To delete a page linked to your Instagram account, unlink them first.
