A prototype of the upcoming edition of the legendary Honda Prelude was unveiled by Honda at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show. It clearly didn’t look like a prototype or more precisely, a concept, especially with the perfection to appear like a production-ready car.
The Honda Prelude Concept sports 20-inch wheels and is reported to launch in the future with a hybrid engine. Not enough information has been released even by Honda on the specifications of the vehicle.
There are proper side mirrors in place of cameras, and a thin yet prominent spoiler adorns the fastback. The only aspects that scream the concept are the completely black windows, suggesting there isn't much to see inside.
The first generation of the Honda Prelude was between 1978 - 1982 a total production number of 313,000 units and 80% of that sold outside of Japan. Honda Prelude has been produced all the time as a 2-door Coupe.
